The journey in television started as a Sales Executive at Transworld Television (TWT), a leading TV distribution company representing prominent producers such as Sony Pictures, CBS Studios, Beyond Distribution, Sesame Workshop, MTV Networks Intl, World Wrestling Entertainment, and Word World, among others. Focused on the Middle East and Africa, I primarily managed the English-speaking markets in Africa, as well as Cyprus, Turkey, Malta, and several other countries within the MENA region.
Our extensive background in TV distribution brings a wealth of expertise in program sales, acquisition, commercial development, promotion, and strong relationships with numerous TV channels. We prioritize understanding exactly what our partners need before acquiring new content, ensuring we deliver the right fit. This includes knowing the specific dubbing requirements, voice talent, and accents needed. Key factors influencing these decisions include the genre of content (e.g., films, animated programs, documentaries, sports shows, live-action series, or dramas), target audience demographics (culture, religion, age, region, and lifestyle), and any specific preferences for dialects or accents, such as the commonly used Classical Arabic.
